Warranty Policy

• alfa’s Warranty covers defective workmanship during manufacture only.

• The Warranty becomes void when alfa components are incorrectly installed or incorrectly used by third parties. The Warranty applies only to components proved by the user to have become defective in normal and proper use.
  

• The Warranty becomes void if an alfa component is used for any application other than that listed in the latest alfa catalogue.
  

• alfa’s liability is limited to the supply of a replacement component free of charge for a unit returned to its place of purchase and subsequently to alfa (Springs) within the Warranty period, i.e. 6 (six) months from date of purchase by the end user, based on date of invoice, and at user’s expense, provided that alfa is reasonably satisfied that faulty manufacture or workmanship of the product has occurred.
  

• alfa is not liable under any circumstances whatsoever for loss of profit or any consequential loss or damage, from whatever cause arising, or for any labour charges.
